Today is the International Day of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
Proclaimed in 1992 by the UN with the aim of raising awareness worldwide, defending and safeguarding the principles of equality and participation, it is also an important event for our Club.
The athletes of the Casteddu4Special, involved in the Paralympic and Experimental Football Division championships with the Flamingo and Tukiki teams, wanted to take an active part in this anniversary with some drawings and thoughts. Indeed, Cagliari Calcio strongly believes in respecting and valuing diversity, because it is through these components that inclusion is realised.
Thank you to all our athletes, because every day they show us how difficult but possible it is to fight for your rights.
And we will continue to do so, together.
